Broc Smith - Owner:

I have a very well rounded experience in the beverage industry. I have tended bar at multiple places, managed the bar at an English pub, managed several nightclubs simultaneously, and worked in distribution for a Budweiser wholesaler as well as Southern Wine & Spirits. I most recently represented Russian Standard Vodka in the Northeast, specifically New York City and Boston.

Great spirits, fine wines, and the art of the cocktail have always been my passion. My various experiences have prepared me to be a great asset to customers who are interested in broadening their palate. The relationships I've made continue to enable me to get the best products and incredible prices that I can pass along to you.

Whether you want to make a Charmane's Star to impress friends at your next cocktail party, learn about a nice Carmenere from Chile, or get Jim Beam at a great price, I'm expertly suited to serve you.

I have a love affair with Jameson Irish Whiskey and Craft Beer. When you come in, be sure to talk to me about my kid, music, tattoo's and old guitars. We can also talk about what's going on in Sarasota because I help run a digital media company here locally. In any event, I totally want to talk to you!

I believe in customer service. I believe in creating a personal experience. I have a strong background in sales and am I true believer in the golden rule. I think, if you're experienced is heightened from a personal touch or your expectations are surpassed, than you will feel good about giving your business because it is then "earned", even if it's just as simple as buying a bottle of liquor or wine.

Though my experience in the industry is no where near as vast as many, I am just as willing to help find what you are looking for and do it with a smile!

Kevin Robinson:

With over 15 years bartending and 20 years consuming drinks I have tried just about everything served in a bottle, can and even goat skin - don't ask me I can't recall much from that day in Morocco. There is much out there that I love to drink and probably like you, have tastes that vary from day to day.

From my experience as a customer I look for someone that has an interest in my tastes and a knowledgeable passion about their products. What they like and why. That's how I try to help others.

Let me tell you why I love Sapphire and Hendricks Gin. Ask me about Booker's versus Knob Creek. Why is Russian Standard fast becoming my favorite vodka? Is an Alexander Valley Zinfadel is a great choice with BBQ ribs or should I just go with a big Porter?

How am I planning on introducing the world to Fat Tire Ale (that is if it ever gets here)? Come on by I'll tell you. I promise to help you make a great choice.
